Seth W. Brennan
Prior to founding Lincoln Peak Capital, Mr. Brennan was an Executive Vice President of Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (AMG), a publicly-traded asset management holding company with over $250 billion in assets under management and a market capitalization of over $5 billion. Mr. Brennan joined AMG in 1995 when the company was a private venture backed start-up, with responsibility for overseeing AMG’s acquisition activities, a principal component of AMG’s growth strategy. Mr. Brennan completed over 25 successful acquisitions and invested approximately $2 Billion during his 12 year tenure at AMG. In addition, Mr. Brennan held broader corporate responsibilities as part of AMG’s senior-most management team. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Brennan was in the Global Insurance Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. and in the Financial Institutions Group at Wasserstein, Perella & Co. Mr. Brennan currently serves on the board of directors of Fusion Media Group, LLC, as a trustee of the Spruce Street Nursery School, and is a former trustee of the Fay School. Mr. Brennan received a BA from Hamilton College.
Anthony H. Leness
Prior to founding Lincoln Peak Capital, Mr. Leness was the Vice President, Treasurer and a director of EventMonitor, Inc. (EM), a financial technology firm providing advanced solutions to investment management firms. During Mr. Leness’ tenure, EM grew from a start-up operation to a profitable business with numerous multi-billion dollar alternative asset management firms as clients. Mr. Leness worked closely with firms pursuing a range of fundamental and quantitative strategies across multiple asset classes to devise cutting edge solutions to enhance their trading strategies, investment research, risk management, trade execution and other critical processes. Prior to EM, Mr. Leness was an investment professional at The Beacon Group, LLC a private equity firm based in New York, and in investment banking at Smith Barney, Inc. Mr. Leness currently serves on the advisory board of Financial Recovery Technologies, LLC, a member of The Cross Country Group. Mr. Leness received a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Hamilton College.
